What a wonderful week in our nation’s capital at our AUSA Annual meeting in early October. Highlights of the week included a Monday night dinner at Ernie’s, breakfast with Congressman Ike Skelton and guest speaker MG David Huntoon Jr. Commandant US Army War College, touring Washington’s monuments, seeing the latest in Defense technology on the Convention floor, interacting with Army friends and professionals, and seeing BIG AUSA at work. It was a once in a lifetime trip for our young sponsored Soldiers.
